Returns Policy - Online Purchases

 

What Qualifies

You can return all new or unopened items within (14) days of purchase for an exchange or full refund unless indicated otherwise in your item description, our store hangtag, as well as all other purchase tags, must remain intact in order for your return request to be considered. We do NOT accept returns on gently used clothing, shoes, accessories, final sale, or clearance items.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges can be made if your item arrives defective, or not as described (Prior proof of your claim must be approved). Please get in touch with us immediately with picture proof of your claim. We only accept returns if the item is shipped back in the original condition in which they were sent.

 

You must present proof of purchase (customer receipt or invoice) in order to be eligible. You will be required to pay all shipping costs to return your item (s) to the return address listed on your invoice or billing statement. You will be responsible for insurance on your returned items, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping when you return them to us. EU AND UK CONSUMER RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

To comply with the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights, Returns and exchanges are accepted within (14) days of purchase. This rule does not apply to custom-made products, digital items, certain perishable goods, or goods that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons and are unsealed after delivery. If buyers properly exercise their right of return, sellers must issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that the item has been shipped back. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Please contact us to obtain your cancellation/returns form (a model withdrawal form).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We CAN'T  accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

  • Final sale items

  • Gently used clothing, shoes, or accessories

  • Accessories or apparel without our hangtag originally intact 

  • Vintage, rare finds, or collectibles

Customs And Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the User. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.

Cancellations

Cancellations ARE accepted prior to order processing, once your order has been processed or shipped, you must arrange to return your order to us within (24) hours of receipt, to be eligible for a full refund without being charged a restocking fee of 15% of your total purchase. Please review our RETURN policy and contact customer service for assistance. If your order is canceled, you will receive a chargeback to the account or card used to make your purchase, please allow 3-5 business days for this to show up in your account. Restocking Fee

We charge a restocking fee of 15% of your total purchase for ALL returns unless your return is due to a defective or misrepresented item. 

Shipping

Please allow 1-3 days for processing, any special instructions must be included in the note section during checkout and submitted prior to shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, a signature may be required. Orders are insured for up to $100.00, for additional coverage please contact customer service for assistance with placing your order. We ship nationwide, we do not ship to PO Box Addresses, please update your shipping address on file.
Signature confirmation is required for shipping orders over $200.

Merchandise Rating System

Rating System:

Fair - Gently Used - may have varying degrees of scuffs, scratches, and wear, wear may include not limited to dents, nicks, creases, colored markings, scuffs, scrapes, stains, or dirt.

Good - Gently Used, will have average signs of wear

Excellent - Gently Used, item will be pre-owned with minimum signs of wear

New - New, Never worn, never used, new with or without tags

Additional Information - This section will include any additional flaws, defects, or information in regard to the condition of the item listed. Please review all photos, and ask questions before you purchase. Our customer service team is available 24/7 via chat.
